The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) Scholarship Board opened up applications from 30th September 2023 for the academic year, reaffirming its commitment to providing equal educational opportunities to promising but needy Ghanaian students. The NUGS Scholarship was established with the goal of creating a secure environment free of financial stress and emotions for students, allowing them to focus on their academic pursuits.

The NUGS Scholarship Board provides financial assistance in various forms, including full scholarships, partial scholarships, housing, fee arrangements, and on-campus work-study or part-time job opportunities. These opportunities are designed to alleviate the financial burden on students and provide them with the necessary resources to succeed academically.
